How to Order
1. Search and Select Products
To find the product you’re looking for on HSBLine, you can use one of the following methods:
Search Bar
If you know the product name, model, or brand, simply type it into the search bar located at the top of every page.Product Categories
Hover over the category menu beneath the search bar to explore product groups. Clicking on any category will take you to an advanced search page where you can filter products by brand, type, color, and price.Quick Access Tools
Use the quick access bar on the homepage to jump directly to a product group. You can also browse sections like “New Arrivals”, “Best Sellers”, or “Most Popular” to help you discover suitable products.
2. Add to Cart
Once you’ve found the item you wish to purchase, click “Add to Cart” to proceed. You’ll be directed to your shopping cart, where you can review your selected items.
If you’d like to purchase more items, continue browsing and add additional products to your cart.
Note: Orders over 100,000 Toman qualify for free express delivery within Tehran.
3. Finalise Your Order
After selecting all desired products and adding them to your cart, complete your purchase in four steps:
Log in to your account
Enter your shipping details
Review your order
Make your payment
If you’ve added items to your cart without logging in, you’ll be prompted to sign in during checkout. New users can create an account quickly using their email and basic information.
Once your order is submitted, it will be processed and prepared for delivery.
